About our Workplace

At ST4R, we are a mostly remote company; we have an office in Winston-Salem for people in the area who would like to work in person. We use an agile development workflow with week-long sprints. All of our staff have the freedom to work independently with weekly check-ins to ensure work is getting done on schedule.

Since we are a small studio we are currently only offering part-time positions. Prior work experience is not required and students are welcome to apply.

Community Manager

Remote

We are looking for a community manager to help manage our social media. This would include revamping our community discord and growing our following on twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

3D Artist

Remote

We are looking for a 3D artist to create models for our project. This will include working with our team on mood boards, creating and texturing 3D models.

3D Animator

Remote

We are looking for an Animator to create animations for our characters. This position would include working with the team on creating storyboards for animations and creating fluid animations for both unity and unreal engine.
